Naked was written by request for a friend who was tasked with designing a web site for a ‘gentleman’s club’ – the premise being that this track would be a ‘theme’ song for both the website and for the venue. Before the song could be delivered the guy in question decided to bugger off back to the West Indies (early retirement he called it) and so the song lay tucked away in a virtual drawer gathering virtual dust.

A song about not being noticed by the one person you want to notice you. A demo recorded one lunchtime. Will be re-recorded properly one day.

You ever met one of those people who considers themselves an expert at something when they are so clearly not. This is their song.

Not to be confused with the ABC track of the same name, no this track is fully homegrown and will be reworked again one day.

One of my favourite tunes, demoed here at the tail end of the noughties. The song deals with the gossips and the tittle-tatlers who delight in interfering and having their meaningless point of view aired about other people’s lives.
